Presentation Description: This presentation was developed as a training presentation for Residential Life RSA Training. This was developed by myself to teach fellow Resident Success Assistants (RSA)'s to be representative for all students on campus. It is important to consider different identities, experiences, and backgrounds when it comes to the leadership role of RSA. Being able to support students and make them feel included and seen is important and just because we may not experience something is not an excuse to educate oneself and do better for students. Be the person you needed or wanted to have going into any position with living on campus in college.
